My story.

ʻO Keaohuanaʻoli koʻu inoa.

Ua hanau ʻia au ma Hawaiʻi, no Hawaiʻi mai au.

Cultivated on an island chain in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Transplanted to new soils, climates, and water sources. On the constant move; learning, observing, reflecting, absorbing, and growing. This is a compilation of thoughts along the way, a discovery of self before I return home to Hawai’i.

I am a recent graduate of the University of Puget Sound with a B.A in Science, Technology, and Society and emphasis in Asian Studies. I have conducted field research on bats, spent years in conservation and cross-cultural competency programs, studied abroad for nine months throughout the Pacific Rim region, and continue to push for a more inclusive and diverse conservation narrative.
